Financial Statements

The herein contained financial statements are provided as a matter of convenience.  THDA currently produces audited annual financial statements which speak only as of June 30th for the fiscal year to which they relate and unaudited financial statements for stub periods that speak only as of the date of the stub period to which they relate. Each financial statement speaks only as of the indicated date for the time period to which it relates. There may have been changes in the financial condition or affairs of THDA since the date of the last audit or the date of the last unaudited stub period, however, THDA does not produce financial statements other than the audited financial statements as of June 30th for each fiscal year and the unaudited financial statements dated as of the stub period to which they relate.

The electronic versions of the financial statements were created in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) using Adobe Acrobat Version 4.0, and you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read them. If you do not have the Adobe Reader, or if you are using a version earlier than that used in Adobe Acrobat Version 4.0, you may obtain an updated version of the Adobe Reader free of charge from the Adobe web site at www.adobe.com. Using software other than the Adobe Reader included in the Adobe Acrobat Version 4.0 may cause the financial statements that you view or print to differ from the financial statements as they were posted on this web site or appear in the printed version; you assume the risk of any such discrepancies as well as any discrepancies related to communications transmission or other printing problems. THDA audited annual financial statements are filed with each nationally recognized municipal securities information repository and may be obtained from them in accordance with their respective procedures.
