The Division of Program Compliance at Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) conducts free training for owners, managers, and dedicated compliance staff of the Low-Income Housing Credit Program properties allocated by THDA. This training will assist personnel with compliance with the IRS Code Section 42 and the onsite reviews conducted by THDA. Owners and their staff are encouraged to attend training sessions as often as they deem necessary to understand the requirements for compliance, although annual sessions are recommended by THDA.

Directions from I-40 West: Take Exit 389 for Hall of Fame Drive toward U.S. 441 N/?Broadway Merge onto TN-158 W/James White Pkwy via Exit 388A toward US-441 S/Downtown/Univ. of Tenn. Take the TN-158 W/Neyland Dr. exit toward Univ. of Tenn.   Keep right to take the Cumberland Ave ramp toward US-441 S/Downtown. Stay straight to go onto Cumberland Ave SW/US-70 W/US-11 S/TN-1 S. Take the 3rd right onto Walnut St SW. (Walnut St SW is just past Market St. If you reach Locust St SW you've gone a little too far) Take the 1st left onto W Church Ave SW.(Knox County Government Public Library System of Knox County is on the left) Take the 1st left onto Locust St SW. 710 Locust St.  SW is on the left.

Directions from I-40 East: Take Exit 388.  Follow the sign ‘To Downtown’.  Merge onto Henley St SW/US-441 S/TN-71 S/TN-33 S via the ramp on the left toward University of Tennessee. Turn left onto W Church Ave SW (W Church Ave SW is just past W Clinch Ave S, W If you reach Cumberland Ave SW you've gone a little too far), Take the 1st right onto Locust St SW.  710 Locust Street SW is on the left.
