If a waiting list is not in an open enrollment period, you may not apply at this time. Please see the chart below for current or future wait list openings.
Please submit all wait list address changes or general questions to e-mail. To mail address changes: THDA Voucher Program, 404 James Robertson Parkway, Suite 1200, Nashville TN 37243-0900. If you do not update your mailing address with THDA when it changes, you may miss important information and your name may be removed from the waiting list.
PLEASE NOTE: THDA does not give information on waiting list position. We also cannot predict when a closed list will re-open. We post openings for the upcoming month on this site by the third week of each month (i.e. September openings are posted by the third week of August). THDA does not respond to inquiries on these topics.
