Project Based Section 8 Compliance Training 2011

The Division of Program Compliance at Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) conducts free training for owners, managers, and dedicated compliance staff of Project-Based Section 8 properties assigned to THDA for monitoring. This training will assist personnel with compliance with HUD 4350.3 and the annual management and occupancy reviews conducted by THDA. Owners and their staff are encouraged to attend training sessions as often as they deem necessary to understand the requirements for compliance, although annual sessions are recommended by THDA.

May 16 in Memphis (capacity 40 attendees) - Due to the flooding in the Memphis downtown area, Program Compliance has postponed the compliance training scheduled for May 16th. We are finalizing new dates for later this year.
August 23 in Knoxville (capacity 40 attendees)
November 8 in Nashville (capacity 55 attendees)

In order to fulfill requirements in the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), the Division of Program Compliance at Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) conducts free training for owners, managers, and dedicated compliance staff of Low-Income Housing Credit properties. Owners and their staff are encouraged to attend training sessions as often as they deem necessary to understand the requirements for compliance, although annual sessions are recommended by THDA.

Managing Agents:

HOME Affordability Training 2011

Tennessee Housing Development Agency is pleased to announce that the Division of Program Compliance at Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) will be conducting free affordability training for grantees, managers, and dedicated compliance staff of HOME properties. This is an exploratory training session and based on participation and feedback locations and dates might be expanded in 2011.
